J&J was started in Chattanooga in 1972 by Jim Horton. The company has been in the building and renovation business since that time producing a trail of quality projects and well-satisfied clients along the way. We feel our commitment to client satisfaction, the efforts of hard-working, highly skilled personnel and excellent relationships within the construction community have all been significant contributors to the quality of product we produce and to our reputation as a trusted general contractor.
